2. 我们收集哪些资料
- 你通过表格或 WhatsApp 主动提供的资料：姓名、WhatsApp / 电话号码、电邮、公司或品牌名称、感兴趣的服务、预算范围、项目简介，以及你填写的其他内容。
- 技术资料：你提交表格时所在的页面网址。网页字体由 Google Fonts 提供，加载时你的 IP 地址会传送给 Google。
- 本网站目前未使用分析或广告追踪类 cookie。如日后启用 Google Analytics、Meta Pixel 等工具，我们会先更新本政策。
3. 我们如何使用你的资料
- 回复你的询问，安排诊断会议并提供报价；
- 提供与管理你所委托的服务，处理合约、付款与沟通；
- 在你同意的前提下，通过 WhatsApp、电邮或电话向你发送服务资讯与营销内容；
- 遵守法律规定，以及保护我们的合法权益。
4. 同意与撤回同意
我们在收集、使用或披露你的个人资料前会取得你的同意（例如提交表格时勾选同意框）。你可以随时撤回同意，包括停止接收营销信息：请电邮 hello@thirdman.me 或直接回复我们的消息。撤回同意可能影响我们为你提供部分服务，我们会在处理前向你说明。
我们向新加坡电话号码发送营销信息时，会遵守 PDPA 下的“拒绝来电登记”（Do Not Call Registry）规定。
5. 我们向谁披露你的资料
我们不会出售你的个人资料。仅在必要时，我们会向协助我们营运的服务提供者披露，例如表单与电邮服务、WhatsApp（Meta）、云端存储与客户管理工具、会计与专业顾问，以及在法律要求时向主管机关披露。这些提供者只能为我们指定的目的使用资料。
6. 资料转移到新加坡境外
部分服务提供者的服务器可能位于新加坡境外。转移前，我们会确保接收方提供与 PDPA 相当水平的保护。
7. 资料保存与安全
我们只在达成上述目的或法律要求所需的期间内保存你的资料，不再需要时会删除或匿名化。我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护资料，防止未经授权的访问、使用或披露。
8. 查阅与更正
你有权要求查阅我们持有的你的个人资料，以及更正不准确的资料。请电邮 hello@thirdman.me，我们会在合理时间内（一般 30 天内）回复。查阅请求可能需要核实你的身份。
9. 数据保护联络人
如对本政策或我们处理个人资料的方式有疑问或投诉，请联系我们的数据保护联络人：hello@thirdman.me。如发生可能对你造成重大伤害的资料外泄，我们会依法通知主管机关与受影响的人。

Privacy Policy (English)
Third Man Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202318492K, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data through thirdman.me, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails.

2. Data we collect
- What you give us through our forms or WhatsApp: name, WhatsApp/phone number, email, company or brand name, services of interest, budget range, project description and anything else you write.
- Technical data: the page URL from which you submit a form. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
- This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation and provide a quotation;
- To deliver and manage services you engage us for, including contracts, payment and communication;
- With your consent, to send you service information and marketing by WhatsApp, email or phone;
- To comply with the law and protect our legal interests.
4. Consent and withdrawal
We obtain your consent before collecting, using or disclosing your personal data (for example, by the consent checkbox on our forms). You may withdraw consent at any time, including opting out of marketing, by emailing hello@thirdman.me or replying to our messages. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide some services; we will explain this before acting on your request. When sending marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers, we comply with the PDPA Do Not Call Registry provisions.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Where necessary, we disclose it to service providers that help us operate, such as form and email services, WhatsApp (Meta), cloud storage and CRM tools, accountants and professional advisers, and to authorities where required by law. They may use the data only for the purposes we specify.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some providers may store data outside Singapore. Before any transfer, we ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
8. Access and correction
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you and correction of inaccurate data. Email hello@thirdman.me; we will respond within a reasonable time (generally within 30 days). We may need to verify your identity.
